SHIPPING POLICY

All orders within Greece are been dispatched within 1-2 working days, EU orders are been dispatched within 5-7 working days and overseas orders are been dispatched within 10-15 days.

 

Please note that actual dates may vary depending your actual physical address. Unfortunately, at this period of Covid-19 all overseas orders may experience further delays. You will be informed at all times.

 

All our products are sent through ELTA Hellenic Courier, registered and expedited to your designated address with a unique parcel tracking number so that you will be able to track it online. Please note that you will be prompted to sign at the time of delivery at the address specified at the time of order. If you want to customize the shipping method you will have to inform us beforehand at the time of your order.

All shipments within Greece are FREE of charge, EU and overseas shipments are on a flat rate charge of 35€ which you will be able to pay when you complete your online order.For orders of total 350€ and above, FREE shipping is provided.

All import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. 

For international duty rates please contact your local customs department. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to contact us within 10 days of your delivery through info@deuxartistes.com with your Name, Order Number and Delivery Address so that we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

The returned product has to be shipped on customer's expenses within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed or without an RMA number, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that all costs incurred in shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer. Duty reclaims on returns are the responsibility and we will endeavor to aid you with any required paperwork.

Furthermore, all custom made jewelry for custom made orders are not eligible for return or refund.
